ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Ida — a sexologist in training, health coach, and nutritionist. I support women and individuals who want to feel more connected to their bodies, their pleasure and their sexual well-being.I believe pleasure isn’t a luxury, but a vital part of our well-being. When we lose touch with our sensuality and start to move through life on autopilot, we feel less joy, vitality and overall satisfaction with life. To return to pleasure, we need space to be present in our bodies, without stress, shame and overwhelm that blocks it.My approach brings together what happens in your body, your emotions, and your relationships. As a sexologist, I help you explore desire, intimacy, and what gets in the way of closeness. As a health coach, I support you in understanding your patterns, needs and stressors in everyday life. As a nutritionist, I look at how nourishment, energy and physiology influence your mood, presence and capacity for pleasure.I meet you where you are — with respect for your story, your pace and your boundaries.
